His experiences in sales management range from General Trade, Modern Trade, Special Sales Channel, & Trade Marketing and he’s led training courses across countries. His key achievements have been leading the distributor set up projects for MARs & GlaxoSmithKline that successfully shifted the business from sporadic wholesale business to full-fledged managed business across distributors delivering double digit growth consistently. He’s passionate on sales capability and has led organizational training and development program both in-house and as a professional across different companies and countries.
Ausana, former Trade Marketing Director at L’Oreal Thailand, pioneered the first country in L’Oreal Asia Pacific to set up a new trade marketing function. With over 13 years experience in consumer products categories and management positions, she is able to lead team into growth and bring value to various organization under the concepts of categories and channels development, including the big names such as L’Oreal Thailand, Unilever Thailand, and Siam Commercial Bank.
